Thank you for shopping with VOCA Wellness. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery time estimates are in addition to the 3–5 business day processing time.

If international shipping is available:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information (if available).
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
VOCA Wellness is not responsible for:
Packages marked as delivered but not received
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
